PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment Methods and Options
PayPal is accepted. (No account required). All major credit
cards can be used through PayPal. However, if you are uncomfortable
with online ordering, we are more than happy to assist you over the phone
at 612.203.1104. or email us orders@kidzsense.com and
we will contact you with payment options.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applicable on orders shipped to addresses in Minnesota. The
sales tax rate for Minnesota residents is 7% for the total cost (including
S&H).

SHIPPING INFORMATION
What are my shipping options?
We use UPS Ground for all shipments. Our shipping days are Monday
through Friday and exclude all Holidays. Please note that UPS does not
ship to PO Boxes. Our standard shipping and handling rate for customers
located in the 48 contiguous states is $14.
For orders to Alaska, Hawaii or any international orders, please contact
us at orders@kidzsense.com to
get an estimate for shipping and handling charges.
Pick up is available for Minneapolis customers. Contact
us at orders@kidzsense.com with your phone number and e-mail address
and we will contact you with a time to pick up your Kidz Sense gift
bag.
If you need your gift sent in a hurry, please contact us at orders@kidzsense.com to
arrange for UPS Next Day or 2 Day Air services.
Address Corrections
There is a $10.00 charge for address changes on packages that need
to be re-routed during delivery due to an incorrect address. This
is the fee we are charged for correcting the address. Please be sure
that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout.
Product Availability
We make every effort to keep products in stock. We will notify you
via e-mail if a product is on back order. If your order will be delayed
by more than 5 days, we will contact you to confirm that you would still
like to receive the shipment.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received.
In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order
has been shipped. This shipping confirmation will include the tracking
number for your package. You may visit www.ups.com and enter your tracking
number to check the status of your delivery.

Gift wrap Service
This item cannot be gift wrapped. This adorable bag was designed
to be it’s own gift wrapping.
My order is a gift. Can you ship it to another address?
Absolutely! During checkout, enter the recipient's address as the
shipping address, and include a note in the optional note field with
a personalized message to the recipient - we'll include your message
on a free gift card and omit the packing receipt with any pricing information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase! In order to make sure you are completely
satisfied, we have a 100% guarantee return policy with policy/exceptions
noted below:
1. Your item(s) must be returned within 14 calendar days
of your original order arriving.
2. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You
will receive an email notification once your credit has been applied.
If paying by credit card, please allow up to 30 days from the time
of notification for your credit to appear on your PayPal statement.

Please include your original invoice in your return box or include
a note with your name, shipping address and zip code, reason for return
and original order number. Otherwise, we may not be able to accept your
return package. Packages missing the above information and/or missing their
original order number clearly marked on their return label outside the
box may be returned at the cost of the sender.
